Suffering From Bilateral Renal Parenchymal Disease. Urea, Creatinine Serum, Sodium Serum, Hemoglobin Levels Are Normal?
sir,i am suffering from bilateral grade 1 renal parenchymal disease.i dont understand any of my test reports.
the report is
urea(serum/plasma) - 208
urea(nitrogen) - 97
creatinine serum - 9.2
potassium serum - 4.4
sodium serum - 116
phosphprous
inorganic serum - 6.1
uric acid - 8.5
hemoglobin - 11.1
sir,please tell me how did i get this disease and what should i do next?

Bilateral renal parenchymal disease has many causes including the most common like hypertension,diabetes..
in the query you didn't mention your age and the associated Hypertension or diabetes..
In the reports except hemoglobin all other values were elevated..
Delaying in finding the cause and correcting the condition may result in end stage renal failure..at that time you need only dialysis and kidney transplantation..
Immediately consult your physician and find the cause of renal disease and start your treatment..if it is high bp you should take anti hypertensives or diabetic take hypoglycemic measures..
