Suffering From Anxiety & Rapid Heart Beat

hi....i had several drinks last night and havent been able to get to sleep for 5 hours due to constant rapid heart beat and both arms tingling. I do have a history of anxiety
I am 36. This has hapened the last few times I have had alcohol.Should I be seriously concerned?

It looks like panic attack. Panic attack can be possible due to multiple causes, out of which, one is alcohol. In your case, may be due to binge drinking, you got panic attack. There is nothing to worry about it. If you try to avoid binge drinking, then chances of getting such type of episode would be less. You can also take benzodiazepine on sos basis, if such episode happens in future.
