Suffering From Anxiety, Quick Heart Beats, Sweating. Advised Ciplar, Having Hair Loss. Solution ?

Sir i am AAAAA 25 years Old, i am suffering from extreme anxiety . My heart beats quickly and i sweat when i have to face strangers within seconds. The same symptoms are visible while i am doing physical exercises. I consulted a cardiologist and they advised me to take Ciplar tablets in 40 mg ( 2 months ), 20 (1 month ), and 10 (1 month ) sequence dosage. Now i stopped taking my medicine, the old symptoms are return back, also i loose 1/3 rd of my hair. And also i feel extremely tired like never before. Please help me.

As per your details you could possibly have "panic disorder" or "social anxiety disorder" which are anxiety disorders. Ciplar contains propranolol which can be used in anxiety situations but you need to consult a psychiatrist for proper treatment as first line agents are SSRIs like paroxetine, sertraline etc. Along with other antianxiety agents like alprazolam, clonazepam etc can be used.
Hair loss could be related to anxiety only.
