Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum
You can visit a homeopath in your city for medication.
Sitz bath in hot water, for 10 min, before motion , is very helpful.
Calendula ointment can be applied (before and after stool and at night), for fast healing and lubrication.
Takecare.

Dear tridev

Ayurveda is better choice for Anorectal diseases. Ayurvedic herbal medicine and surgery described in Ayurveda by Sushruta " Kshara sutra " for Piles, Fistula in ano, anal fissure etc
Including ayurvedic medicine you have to change your lifestyle, avoid food causing you constipation. And follow yoga and meditation. Seize bath with potash luke warm water is best. You may take herbal laxatives and Kanchanar preparations.

Take care

Hello,

Welcome to healthcaremagic forum,

Homoeopathy will surely help you to completely cure and prevent recurrence. I would advice you for some dietary and lifestyle modifications to prevent constipation and hard motions, hard motions can never let your cracked anal orifice heal completely, if u have soft motions Ur anal orifice will heal gradually. So for this you must drink plenty of water, like few sips of water every half hourly. This will make ur motions soft as well as normal. Along with this have plenty of fibre in your diet in the form of roti, veggies, rice, whole fresh fruits, etc. but don't take any laxatives... or these will tire your rectal muscles.

Along with this you are advised to take sitz bath daily for minimum 5-10 minutes. And have a regular bowel habits.

Apply Homeopathic ointment Aesculus in and around the anal region before and after motions to reduce pain and to let it heal. And take Acidum Nitricum 200 (homeopathic medicine) once in a day daily for 15 days.

Hope this will help you. For further help contact: aashirwadhomoeopathyclinic@gmail.com

Take care,

Regards,

Dr. Rooma Ramnani.

Hello Tridev ,

Anal fissures (crack/tear in the anal canal mucosa) are extremely painful, which is further aggravated by hard stools.
You need to follow
1) Dietary modification--- Include diet rich in fiber like green leafy vegetables, fruits (avoid pomegranate-as its known to cause hard stools), (banana, papaya, apples are helpful), kishmish ,oats and cucumber ,which would help in softening the bulk of stools
2) Drink plenty (at least 12-13 glasses) of water
3) Apply Xylocaine 2% jelly around the anal region, before and after passing stools. This would help in relieving the pain to some extent.
4) Sitz bath- take a tub filled with hot water(the heat should be tolerable) and sit in it till the water becomes warm. Repeat it at least 2-3 times/day .
5) Homeopathy has excellent solution for this condition, for which a detailed case history is required. In the meanwhile you may take SILICEA 6X 2 pills 2 times a day, for 3 days.

General & Family Physician Dr. Ramesh M.Vachharajani's  Response
from your history it is clear that you are suffering from anal fissure.you avoid constipation, as hard stool causes more abrasions to fissure, resulting more bleeding ,more pain ,and more infection.
you daily take soft purgative,so that will give loose stool ,resulting le trauma to fissure, less pain and enhance healing. to get rid of pain and infection you consult your doctor for a course of antibiotic and some local analgesic cream.
surgery of fissure gives excellent result, this procedure is called Lord" method.
