Suffering From Acne, Oily, Dandruff Prone Skin, Temporary Relief With Medicines, Had Dry Skin Earlier. Treatment Suggestion?

doctor my name z juhi... i am suffering from acne , pimple ,oily and dandruff prone skin from last one year though i have been using doctor s prescribed medicines ... including derma dew acne but the results are temporary... previously my skin was dry and i use to allpy johnson s baby milk cream.. bt nw my skin is realy very oily and it produces lot of dandruff. doctor could you please suggest me the right thing to prevent all this and at the same time i want to get rid of the reddish marks and scars.

Hi juhi...i m dr manoj...see acne always happens bcoz of the harmonal reasons so even if it gets reduced with the treatment there r chances of recurrence...acne doesnt stay forever bt if u pick them they kl definitely leave behind permanent scarring and pigmention...so its always better to treat acne to prevent complications...be very gentle to the skin when active eruptions are there...dont use soap on face...i recommend cleanser with 2% salicylic acid then use a toner twice a day and then sunscreen...reaaply sunscreen after 3 to 4 hrs after washing with plain water...a proper treatment is required...u can go ahead with salicylic peels which r quite effective...cont with dermat prescriptions as advised...harmonal imbalance if any should be rectified...dont worry...
