Suffering From Sinus And Not Able To Come Out Of That Pain ?
I am suffering from a severe head ache when i checked with the doctor i came to know that i am suffering for sinsus, but till now i am not able to come out of that pain, can any one of you please suggest me the good medicine

Read your prob, long lasting running nose is common cause of sinusitis. in such type of condition inflammation occure at sinueses.this is cause of headach. you should get X ray water view or ct head for confirmation consult with your doc n start treatment . if your pain is not subsiding with drugs then you should go through surgury so do as per your doc advise.

You need to do steam inhalation for relief. Also apply nasal decongestant drops 2 in each nostril 2-3 times a day like Otrivin decongestant. Also Use handkerchief when you go in areas of dust, pollution. Take pain killers for pain relief and headache like Paracetamol or Hifenac-D under medical supervision. Eat high protein diet. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Get 6-8 hours of sleep. Avoid stress. Follow up with your Doctor and follow treatment advice.
