Suffering From Polycystic Ovary, Hyperthyroid, Diabetes, Cholestrol. Is Pregnancy Possible?
I have been not getting periods since I was a teenager and sometimes irregular periods once I got my periods for 20 days and then I went to a Docter she gave me an injection to stop it and since that day I never got my periods, but whenever I take duphaston or primulot I get my period but it's not natural. After marriage I came to know that I have been suffering from polysistic ovaries and thyroid is also high and also I have become diabetic and also suffer from cholestrol Please tell me whether I can become a mother or not

Yes, there are possibilities of conception, If strict control of hormonal changes is maintained. As you have Diabetes, thyroid problem and lipid abnormality, which are all associated problems with PCOS. I prefer you to consult a endocrine specialist and gynecologist for management. Life style modification is a first line of management. Regular exercise and strict diet control and weight loss helps in controlling hormonal variations. Hormonal contraceptive pills helps in irregular periods, and other pharmacological treatment for endocrine abnormalities.
