Suffering From PCOS And Amenorrhoea. Prescribed Meprate. Should I Continue With The Pills Or Stop Them?
Hi. I am suffering from PCOS and i have been having amenorrhoea for the past 2 months. On seeing my gynaecologist, she prescribed me Meprate 10 mg for 3 days. But after taking the pill, i am suffering from fever of 100 degree fahrenheit and i am having very severe headache. What should i be doing now? Should I continue with the pills or stop them?
Hello, MEPRATE has no relation with development of fever in you. There can be various causes for your fever. You can continue taking MEPRATE. As far as fever is concerned, you can talk to the doctor for the medication. Till you get the doctor, you can take paracetamol tablet, one tablet SOS ( whenever required ) and can take 6 tablets a day safely. Thanks
