Hello...
No need to panic.
If she is diagnosed with Malaria and Typhoid. Both have treatment She will recover with anti malarial and Antibiotic.
She is hospitalized so ,,, no need to worry. Doctor will take care of her health
About recovery - Its all depend on disease severity and her immunity. But still i hope she recover soon (It will take 5 to 6 days)

Diet:
1.Encouraged to consume liquid or semi-solid foods.
2.Citrus fruit juices (orange juice, lemon juice), vegetable soups, milk, etc should be encouraged. 3.Coconut water may be particularly beneficial in reducing vomiting and replacing the loss of fluid and electrolytes.
4. Rice , Dal water

Avoid :
Tee and coffee may be cause further dehydration.
oily,spicy food

Thanks
i wish your baby good health
