Nephrologist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query.
It is difficult to predict as to when will IgA Nephropathy go into a remission.
We could try the following class of drugs as an addition to your current therapy under the supervision of your doctor: ACE inhibitors (eg: ramipril) or ARB (eg: Telmisartan)

Hope this helps
Good luck.
