Suffering From Granuloma Annulare, Am Pregnant. Is It Safe To Use Apple Cider Vinegar & Aloe Vera As A Clearance Method During Pregnancy?

Hi,
I am currently suffering from Granuloma Annulare, I am also 13 weeks pregnant. I read somewhere that someone used Apple Cider Vinegar to help get rid of it not by intake though & also put Aloe Vera on it. He got an absolute clearance after using that method & I was wondering if this method is safe for me during my pregnancy ?

Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

While these are all safe to do during pregnancy, the real question is what is the cause of your skin condition. GA has been associated with:i
1. Diabetes
2. Thyroid disease
3. Auto-immune diseases such as lupus

These all present potential problems in your pregnancy. It would be more important to have testing for all of the above and/or a consult with a high risk OB doctor first.

Good luck!
