Hello, I ve been having chest pain for 3 years now. I ve been to the doctor repeated amounts of times with a different diagnosis almost every time. I also have shortness of breath while lying down and severe fatigue and weakness. The pain makes me cough so hard I vomit and I sweat very easily. Dizzy spells accompany the other symptoms as well. I m a 26 year old male and I m 5 9 and 170 lbs. I ve suspected everything from anemia to Pulmonary hypertension for the causes. I ve had an echocardiogram and many EKGs. The only thing they said was abnormal was that my T-wave was elevated but that I was not having a heart attack. I also had one clinic doctor tell me that he heard 2 murmurs...one diastolic and one systolic but then another doctor told me that I didn t have any. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
