Suffering Form Seasonal Allergies. Taking Liquid Potassium. Are These Related?

I have seasonal allergies - usually running nose - sneezing etc. The allergies have never caused pain, dry mouth or burning sensation in mouth before. (but I am experiencing this condition presently/ I have been taking liquid potassium and wonder if this could be causing the problem or if it could be related to allergies.
