Suffered From Umbilical Hernia During Pregnancy, Experience Debilitating Pain With Stomach Bloated. Cause For Bloating?

Hello, I had a baby 7 months ago, and suffered an umbilical hernia as a result of the pregnancy. I now experience debilitating pain that is usually remedied by passing gas or a bowl movement. I am scheduled for surgery later this month, but my stomach now looks more bloated than before. Should I be worried about the bloating?

Hi,
Nothing to worry.
If there is absolute constipation and vomiting start then consult surgeon and get examined.
Passing gas or slight abdominal discomfort is normal and nothing to worry for that.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid constipation.
Ok and take care.
