Suffered from blood sugar. Thyroid test done. Took thyroxine. Advised glibenclamide and metformin. Any advice?

I having 5ft-8 inch height with a weight 86kg.I m thyroid less from 2002,&eating 3.75 tablets of thyroxine .one year ago i also suffered with a blood sugar .Doctor advised me Glibenclomide 5mg at morrning, metformin 250mg at lunch&250mg at dinner.but sugar level remain high as BSF advice me a better formula with thyroxine.thanks
