Suffered Cardiac Arrest Due To Non Supply Of Oxygen. Responding To Touch, Eyes Staring, Eye Ball Movement. Medication?

The patient by name Mr.ASHOK age 32 married blessed with one daughter,who was in USA in software professional in Wipro as a software Engineer, one bad day at night at 2-00Am he was cardiac arrest and he was taken hospital after 2 hours and the hospital authorities diagnosed Brain Dead i.e., non supply of Oxygen and treated for 3 months and sent to Hyderabad NIMS hospital, there he is treated for 2 months and said to take home to Kazipet warangal Dist-AP, presently the patient is responding to touch feelings on his upper limbs.
1-patient is bed ridden since 10 month, sub-conscious,
2-no movement in the parts of the body,
3-only staring with eyes,
4-only eye ball movement.
5-in case of pain any were he is expressing the feelings through crying face without sound,
6-yawning off and on,
7- Both arms rigid and wrist twisted outwards.
8-During Cardiac arrest on ventilator speaker kept on throat, due to which the speech is affected or it will come later on.
Please give suggestion or medical advice or prescribed the drugs.

Hi and thanks for the query,
This is a very delicate case patient who has to be treated of course in a very specialized intensive care unit. Continues monitoring of heart, lung, and kidney functions are mandatory. It is clear if he has been there till date, the centre should be appreciable good. I would just suggest continues monitoring, mobilization to avoid bed sores and low dose molecular heparin to prevent embolic disease like pulmonary emboli. Kind regards
