Suffered An Electric Shock, Went Through Fingertips. Surgery Done For Broken Wrist. Cure?

My boyfriend was an electrical overhead crane technician and he was electrocuted and thrown off a ladder and broke all the bones in his wrist . The shock went through his right fingertips through his arm across his back and blew out through the left fingertips, which happens to be the wrist he had surgery on for the broken bones. He did not say he was electrocuted. His fingers look like there dying. What could be wrong.
