Hi, Anubhav
Thanks for posting your query
For regaining your skin tone and reduction of acne you may do the following :
Avoid sun exposure and a sunscreen with UVA and UVB protection even if indoors, during the day
Use a Face wash containing glycolic acid like melawash
Take a few sessions of glycolic peels, which will help in both improving tone and reduction of acne
Take a well balanced diet and drink about 2-3 litres of water per day
take oral antioxidants and Vit C and E supplements
Get your skin analysed by a dermatologist for grading of acne and appropriate treatment
in the form of antibiotics oral and locally .
Acne is not curable but it can be controlled with medication. Keep in touch with your doctor for the same.
Hope this solves your query

Dermatologist Dr. Mostaque Mahmud's  Response
Pimples and darkening of your face made you worried. You need to use a face wash twice daily to cleansing your face. then you could apply a sunscreen cream >30 SPF at 8:30 am daily and a cream like Tri-melasin (composed with flucinolone+tretinoin+Hydroquinone) at night.
You should try to avoid sunlight exposure and consult a dermatologist for further management.
with regards.
