Suffered A Miscarriage, Brown Mucus Discharge, Light Bleeding, Sharp Abdominal Pain. Normal Symptoms After Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago 4 days ago i was experiencing the end of bleeding only brown mucus discharge and sometimes yellow watery discharge....2 days ago i started bleeding lightly like a normal period and sometimes i get sharp pains in my abdomen or utereus especially at night and im still bleeding lightly what can this be ??thanks..
