Suffer From Uterus TB. Severe Pain In The Brain After Taking The Medication. On Pain Medication. Need Advice

Hi! Doctor,

MY sister have uterus TB. doctor suggest us the AKT 4 for 6 month. but the problem is that when she take morning dose on empty stomach. she feel extreme pain in her brain. when she started talking medicine she was good but after 10 days this start happen. so daily i have to give pain injection. it is very difficult situation for us to tackle this. please advise and guide us.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Tuberculosis in uterus is known as extra pulmonary tuberculosis.
Treatment prescribed is most accurate and up to top level.
Now problem is severe headache after medication that too on empty stomach.
When such type of situation present I advice my patients to take these drugs 2-3 hours after meal (food).
Still there is pain in head than consult your doctor and have treatment for headache, ( as this may be due to acute gastritis due to A K T 4).
