Suffer From Obstructive Azoospermia. Had Surgery. Maxoza Suggested. Can I Take Ayurvedic Medication With This? Proper Treatment?
Hello Dr.
Myself Rahul Gupta, Age 40, Married 2.25 years ago. I am suffering from Obstructive Azuspermia. I got operated 2.5 months ago. After 1.5 months my semen analysis report shows sperm count .1 M/ml & motility 0. Drs said that removal of obstruction takes 3-6 months. Is it true? Dr suggests me maxoza - l powder, Fertomid 25mg for one month. I saw on net about gokshura ayurvedic cap. Is it helpful to take Elopathic as well as Ayurvedic medicine simultaneously? Is the treatment going to right way?
Hello, Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query. If it is obstructive azoospermia, the treatment has to be essentially surgical. All the medications that you have suggested have a possibility of improving the count in the absence of obstruction. Do consider taking a second opinion from a uro-surgeon. If at all you want to take the medications, taking allopathic and ayurvedic medications simultaneously is mostly safe. Hope I am able to answer your concerns. If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you. In future if you wish to contact me directly, you can use the below mentioned link: bit.ly/dr-srikanth-reddy
