for the constipation problem you can avoid it by changing your diet you need to take alot of vegetables, fruits, water and fiber foods this will help in getting normal stool, try avoiding to strain as it can bring about another problem of piles/hemorrhoids which are painful.
for the burning sensation when passing urine you need to get a urine culture done with ultrasound to see if any abnormalities with bladder.
you need to also be checked for thyriod disease as constipation is one of the symptom.
it also depends on the number of glasses of water you take sometimes dehydration can lead to feeling pain on passing urine.
i would suggest increase your intake of water, you can take cranberry juice good to help remove any infection if present.
for the bleeding part i think you need to a do a coagulation profile to be sure you are not suffering from a blood disorder.
hope to have answered your query.
wish you a quick recovery.
