You are feeling some hard bony structure deep down in your throat. Here first of all I would like to tell you that stop putting your finger in your throat by this you are giving infection to your throat, Till you continue this habbit , it becomes difficult to treat you. The hard bone which you are feeling in throat is the epiglotis and arytenoids, they are present in all persons. Considering your complaints it appears as most likely you are having Acute tonsillitis with laryngopharyngitis. You may take following treatment- (a) Antibiotic- Preferably sccording to C/S test of throat swab. (b) Anti inflammatory and analgesic. (c) Anti allergic and decongestant.
