Suffer From Chest Pains. Normal EKG And MRI. On BP Medication. Any Help?

I am very concerned about the pains I've been having in my chest. I've had MRI's done, EKG's, chest x-rays and total body x-rays. The pain is intense, but doctors say there is nothing wrong with my heart. I am on blood pressure medicine, and my reading today was 130 over 80. I am 49. I really don't know what is wrong. Could you help answer?

Hello,
Although your blood pressure is normal but a normal ECG doesn't rule out a cardiac problem.
You must consult a cardiologist and get relevant cardiac tests like treadmill stress test and echocardiogram.
If both are normal, then it can conclusively said that heart ailment is not the cause for your chest pains. In that event, the cause of chest pain could be a muscular problem.
Thanks
