Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
Thanks for sending question to H.C.M.F.
As you describe You have got arthritis of knees, and spine C 3-5, L 4- 7. tore both miniscus in both, pull 18 - 38 c.c of fluid from knee 4 -5 times. Surgery on september 12. swelling for middle finger recently, hard to bend, depressed.
Besides treatments which are compulsory, for maintenance, i advise some non medical procedures for relief of pain.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers , tomato, cauliflower, egg, chicken, fish, and all sea foods for some time you will definetely get relief , otherwise you can start taking them. It is not for cure, so long you avoid you will get relief, that too for some people.
Practice yoga, meditation reading books, and hearing music to get diversion of the mood.
Wishing for a quick and complete maintenance .
Best regards.
