Suffer From RA And Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Pain In The Shoulder Area. Remedy?

was shopping at commissary and perfectly fine. I get to the 3rd aisle and my right collar bone/shoulder area started to hurt. It's only gotten worse and moving down my right arm to my elbow. I did not lift anything heavy or move/bend weird. Any ideas? I do have RA however the past week the RA hasn't caused too much pain. I also have Carpel tunnel in my right wrist but oddly enough that hadn't been hurting much either. I was feeling pretty good today which is rare for me then this pain starts.
