Suddenly vision gets blurred after running and fuzzy heart rate. What could be causing this?

Hi Dr. I noticed after running this morning that my vision was blurring at the same rate as my heart rate (i.e. go fuzzy at the same time as my heartbeat ). Nothing was out of the ordinary this morning ( hydration , rest, average heart rate during run, etc). In addition, I am very active and considered in excellent health. What could be going on? Thanks for the help.

If it is a onetime occurrence, you can safely neglect it. It could be due to sudden decrease in blood flow due to vasospasm.

It is very important to check your vitals including your blood pressure. Rarely, it can be sign of impending stroke or TIA.

Drink plenty of fluids. Maintain good hydration.

Get well soon.
