Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Since symptoms of weight gain, hair growing under chin, this may be due to PCOD. Get done one USG abdomen and pelvis with lipid profile and blood glucose level to diagnose the cause. Get back with the reports and information on her menstrual period. Ask her to have adequate regular sleep, plenty of fluids, nutritious diet with required calorie and regular outdoor exercises for wellbeing. Hope I answered your question. Consult your doctor for further management.
Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.
