Sudden Waves Of Stomach Pain, Low Appetite, Sporadic Hot Flashes, Intermittent Vomiting, Ringing In Ear, Blurred Vision. Any Ideas?

Hi, my girlfriend experienced a sudden wave of: stomach pains, loss of appetite , and sporadic hot flashes. She just threw up after eating two carrots. She felt better, but now her symptoms are creeping back. In addition, when she threw up, she said she experienced a loud ringing in her ears, her eyes went a little blurry, her body became extremely hot, and her body started tingling . Do you have any idea what this could be? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Is this happening for the first time? Or is there a past history of similar episodes?
By looking at the symptoms you have elaborated, it seems to be due to sudden loss of body fluids.
