ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello I am Dr Ravinder Sharma ENT surgeon
On the basis of information provided it appears that it may be related to some pathology in the brain. It may be hemorrhage in brain. As you have been complaining of this problem in past .I would like to consider recurent bleed, incracranial space occupying lesion (tumor, heamtoma). I would advise you get a CT scan done, consult a neurologist as this may be something serious. Examination and investigation is the only way to get the right answer.
If you have a history of high blood pressure it further increases the chances of intracranial bleed.
I hope this answers your concerns. Feel free to contact me if your need more information on this

With warm regards

Ravinder Sharma
