Sudden Pain, Swelling, Heart Racing, Getting Chest Pains After Injecting Meth. What To Do?

My friend I injected meth in his arm and he had a sudden pain and swelling an heart racing. I got him to drink water and calm down and the swelling went down but his heart races on and off his arm feels painful and tingly and cold and he keeps getting chest pains. Can't go to the hospital tonight. What should he do? What does it sound like is happening?

HI ! It is not possible to guess how serious is the problem with the history alone, and you have to get him to a hospital emergency room for a clinical examination and investigations at the earliest. Take care.
