Sudden Pain In Back Of Neck With Lightheadedness

I am experiencing a sudden gush of pain in the back of my neck, and it is associated with a feeling of lightheadedness , I have spina Bifida and have a tube inside my head to relieve brain fluid and it trAvels down to my stomach, can you tell me what this might be?

A neck pain in your case need to be dealt seriously .These features could be a sign of increased intracranial tension.I advise you to visit your Neurophysician as early as possible and let him know about these symptoms.
