Sudden Nosebleed, Headache, No Trauma. Any Advice?

Last night I was laying down on the sofa watching television with my wife. I hadn t been asleep more than maybe twenty minutes and felt as if my nose was dripping from the left nostril . I have never had a nose bleed in my life, other than ones caused by some sort of trauma. I had no trauma to my face or nose last night, I did not pick my nose. it bled pretty steady for about five minutes i think.. after cleaning my face off and after the confusion i noticed i had a headache on the left and front side of my head. not so much today but also no nosebleeds as of yet... any advice?

Hi,
I have gone through your query.
There are so many causes of the nose bleeding but in your case first you rule out the high blood pressure.
Because you bleeding was first time without any history of trauma.

Wish you good health
