Sudden Long, Early Periods. Scan Showed Not Menopausal. Prescribed Utrogestan Capsules For Hormonal Changes. Safe Medication?
Hello. I saw a gynocologist today. They have prescribed me utrogestan capsules 100mg twice a day. I'm 45. I have always had a 28 day cycle. Last week I went to Las Vegas and I started my period the day after landing. 11 days into my cycle. It was an unusual period. I then finished last Saturday and I started again today. The doctor have me a scan and examination and said I'm not menopausal but hormonal due to long flight and climate change. Do you think the medication prescribed is safe for me?
