Sudden chills, stiff pains, lump in head and neck. What this might be? Should i be concerned?

Hi! I am a 32 year old woman. Two days ago, I had sudden chills and stiff pains in my neck. The next day I felt better and had no fever . Today, I had no chills, but woke up with a stiff neck and fever, and found a medium-sized lump on my neck and another on my head. Can you please tell me what this might be and if I should be concerned?
