Sudden Chest Pains ,followed By Immediate Headache. Should I Worry ?

I am having sudden chest pains ,immediately followed by headache .Normally my response to this is to drink water or eat something ( thinking that this might be happening due to empty stomach ) .Mostly these things go away after few minutes .Can it be serious Problem .Please note that I am 36 years old and my height is 5 feet 11 inches with weight 114 KG .
