Hi quite frequently (2-3 times a day) i feel sudden bursts of pain inside left chest that radiates all the way to left hand+fingers... a year ago or so, I had a complete heart check-up done (including stress/treadmill, echo etc) but all was ok...i used to have this at that time as well... thought it will go off with time but hasnt...

I would recommend that you be seen by a doctor for this problem. Since you had a full cardiac workup already, I agree that it is unlikely that these symptoms are coming from your heart. But to properly diagnose what is wrong a thorough physical exam along with many more questions would be needed.
Chest pain that is not related to the heart can be caused by acid reflux, anxiety, pneumonia, costochondritis, muscle strain, or other causes. As I said above, I would be unable to tell you which of these is most likely without asking many more questions and examining you. While you are waiting to see the doctor, you could try taking over the counter pain relievers such as tylenol to see if this helps with the pain.
