Sudden Burning Sensation In My Throat And Chest Pain

I very suddenly have a burning sensation in my throat and chest . In my throat the burning feels like what happens when you vomit, but the feeling won t go away and it hurts to breathe, and there is pain in my chest. Drinking water won t make it go away. I am a 22 year old female, and this has never happened before. Any idea as to what is causing this or how I can make it go away?
