Submucous Fibrosis. Afraid Of Injections. Any Oral Medicines?

hello dr.
i am suffering from a condition called submucous fibrosis and i am afraid of injections to be taken inside mouth.please suggest some medicines for my oral muscle expansion so that i can avoid injections.i am ready to take the medicines orally for a longer period in order to avoid injections.please help me out.thank you!

Thanks for query.

Injections if given at the site of submucous fibrosis will be more effective than oral medicines.Hence it is better to take injections only.
These injections will not cause much discomfort to you.Hence do not be afraid of these injections.

Avoid chewing tobacco,pan,weeds,etc.
