While there is some role of uric acid in accelerating atherosclerosis
( the process by which the walls of the arteries thicken and become less compliant over time ), it does not damage the heart as such. Your TSH levels are almost at the lower limits of the normal range and I would consider easing off the levothyroxine
to try and control your symptoms. Consider speaking with your physician about this. Apart from that, stress
could be important contributory factors and they need to be minimized with regular exercise, meditation
and breathing exercises. Some introspection and taking it easy can generally help.
