Stress due to being childless, get chest pain on walking fast. Should I go for ECG?

Hi! I m 32.Female.weight 60.height 5 2 . I m married for 6 years.I have some mental stress like I m childless,some family responsibilities.I m a University teacher.Since last year I have been noticing that if I think much or walk fast on tread mill I feel pain on my left side chest .should I do an ECG? waiting for ur reply.

usually female in this age is low risk for coronary heart disease, but as you are saying mental stress is there and your BMI is 26.6 that is high then normal.

Your pain indicates exertional angina, therefore go for ECG, ECHO AND TMT test for finding out the cause for chest pain
