Strep Throat, Pain In Foot Near Large Toe, Unable To Apply Pressure To It. Taking Z-pack. Causes?
hi...i have been sick with strep for about a week - rapid test was neg on sunday but full test came back pos yesterday. i have started the z pack...all of a sudden i have extreme pain in my foot near the knuckle of my big toe i can t put any pressure on it and it hurts even when lying down - could this be related to strep?

streptococcal pharyngitis along with joint pain calls for an urgent attention.get a haemogram done and if required consult a rheumatologist .
