Strange Smelling Sweats In Breast, Recently Started Breast Feeding. Advise?

I have been breast feeding for a few weeks now but as of late my breasts and chest have been giving off a cinnamon like odor in the sweat and are slightly oily. The doctor told me to look out for postpardum hypertension with my heart pain and poor circulation but never mentioned anything about strange smelling sweats. Why could this be?

Hello
Thanks for your query.
Post partum due to hormonal changes, you could be slightly more sensitive to smells.
There is no known condition that causes cinnamon like odor.
The increased oiliness is natural during breastfeeding.
Please consult a gynecologist for evaluation.
Take care.
