Strange, Painful Tenderness In The Area Above My Right Breast. Is This A Muscle Pain ?
I have a strange, painful tenderness in the area above my right breast and underneath my collarbone, close to my armpit area, and the area around my right breast, as well as a strange sensation down my right arm. Did I happen to pull a muscle, and the nerves in my right arm have been tugged on? I am 20 years old, somewhat inactive, and my last physical was normal.

It is advisable you do a breast self examination to look for any lumps in your breast first. Also look for any swellings or fullness in your armpits. The sensation you are feeling is probably because of muscle injury for which you can apply pain killing gels and avoid bad posture in work and during sleep. If you find any masses or hardness while doing examination, kindly visit the Doctor to have them examined and investigated.

It seems that you might have some strain on right shoulder resulting in stiffness in the surrounding muscles.
As this much strain and irritation of nerves on right side are there,sprain can not be there without your notice.
Go for analgesic and muscle relaxant medicines.
Some time extra cervical rib may give rise to this type of problem.
If there is no improvement,consult orthopedic.
