Hi, Mam I just want to know that, I stop smoking 2 month before but I wan t to know why my body fat increasing day by day. can becasule cap is healpful to reducing fat. ( I taking 2 cap. daily after meal )

Check weight daily.
you must loose 100gms dail till your desired level of wt.
