Stopped birth control, have bloating, headache, fatigue, brown discharge, black blood spotting. Menstruation or implantation bleeding?

My husband and I just began TTC beginning in July. I stopped the birth control pill at end of June and my last spotting/period was on July 6th. I felt ovulation pains on June 20th and began having bloating , headaches, fatigue on 7/28. I noticed a browish discharge on 7/30 and had some black blood spotting (only enough for panty liner) on 7/30 and 7/31. Could this be counted as menstration or possibly implantation bleeding?
