Stool test suggests Colitis. Using Satranidazole & ofloxacin tab. Is treatment correct ?

I m M/26 yr. I had done my stool test done. Results are greenish,Mucoid,with mucus present, occult blood (++),frank blood-abs, puss cell - 35-40/hpf & RBC - 18-20 /hpf. rest every thing is absent. My Dr told me its Colitis . I m using Satranidazole & ofloxacin tab. What is ur comment? My email id - YYYY@YYYY

Your doctor is absolutely right, these findings in stool indicate gut infection.
The medicines you have been prescribed are appropriate, just continue them for a week or till you get symptomatically better.
