Stomach pains, headaches, tired, lazy, weakness, poor eating patterns, loss of appetite, causes ?

I ve been having some minor stomach pains, headaches , and just not feeling good in general. I m constantly just really tierd and just feeling out of it and just lazy and sort of weak. my eating patterns are sort of messed up, and i m hungry sometimes, but nothing satisifies me or i don t have an appetite to eat. sometimes i feel a little dizzy and nauseas...but i never feel like i have to throw up or anything.

hello colossaltoast,
minor stomach pain, headache ¬ feeling good, eating irregular, -advice, take meal at 4-5 hourly, avoid huury , burry & curry, oily , spices food, alcohol, smoking, less tea & coffee, stress -use YOGA & regular excercise & relaxing excercise , eat slowly atleast 20to 30 times chew each swallos , tooth brush twice in a day, medication- tablet petop -d ( pentaprazole with domperidone ) 40 mg once daily , investigation- endoscopy & biopsy, USG- abdomen, liver function test. hope you will enjoy positive health , thank you.
