One cause of recurrent vomiting with pain abdomen could be intestinal obstruction. A physical examination along with ultrasound will help in the diagnosis in such cases. Another cause of pain with recurrent vomiting could be gastritis. There are several other causes which can be rule out only by a physical examination and investigating further.
