Stomach Pain While Having Diarrhea, Heart Racing, Headache, Dizziness. What Could Be This?

Kinda a gross, but you're a doctor. So here you go. Every time I have diarrhea my stomach hurts extremely bad until I'm relieved (about 45) minutes. With it comes an intense hot flash, my heart races, I get a headache and feel dizzy. Of course I went on webmd freaking out and diagnosed myself with bile duct blockage because my heart was racing. Are my symptoms ok?

No , not at all .
Since you have not mentioned your age and gender as these two are very important for diagnostic purposes.
May be due to strain exerted for evacuation of intestine.
As you mentioned in your query that it takes 45 minutes, this time for stool passing is quite long time, so naturally you will feel dizziness, hot flushes, headache, bloating etc.

However this may be due to tension & stress.
Consult a physician and get his opinion for early evacuation of intestine.
